Our Company has an exciting recent opportunity for a Manager in Training. The successful candidate will be based in Wallsend and Heatherbrae.

Have you worked in a 2IC, Department Manager or Coordinator role?

Our successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Two years retail / trade experience.
n
- Outstanding customer service standards! A real passion for delivery of sound, solid service.
n
- An eye for detail, always looking to improve.
n
- Proven experience in managing a small Team to achieve results.
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Can complete physical duties associated with packing orders and loading of vehicles.
n
- Worked in a fast paced environment - hands on everyday.
n
- A non-stop drive to reach and exceed sales targets.
n
- A very strong focus on store standards and presentation, thrives on getting in and getting the job done.
n
- Previously worked to KPI's (this will be an advantage).
n
- Has advanced computer skills.
n
- Thorough understanding of stock management processes.
n
- Current drivers licence (can drive a manual).
n




- Ability to travel for short periods of time if necessary (For Training and Annual Relief cover)
n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Supporting the Store Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.
n
- All aspects of Customer Service both face to face and over the phone.
n
- Meeting deadlines around service, sales and deliveries.
n
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, packing loads, housekeeping.
n
- Generating leads and contacting new customers, also building rapport with existing customers to meet their expectations and needs.
n
