Business and Pleasure Co. are looking for a casual Sales Assistant to join our Byron Bay Showroom.

n

We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants with a passion for Retail, Furniture and Design.

n

The position will commence immediately, in our newly built showroom.

n

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing Australian outdoor furniture brand.

n

We are searching for experienced Store Assistants who will:

n

n
- Provide a positive shopping experience for customers
n
- Display strong product knowledge to effectively address customer questions, providing both technical and design expertise.
n
- Assist in receiving and processing product shipments
n
- Prepare and display merchandise
n
- Promote Brand loyalty programs and other incentives
n
- Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store by following set guidelines
n
- Open and Close the store on occasions,



handling cash and POS processes.
n
- Be a team player and a positive addition to our company culture
n
- Available for 1-3 days per week, including Saturday's as required.
n

n

Key experience and skills include;

n

n
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including an approachable and friendly manner
n
- Experience in retail
n
- Positive time management skills, including prioritising and changing tasks easily.
n
- Flexible schedule, with weekend shifts mandatory
n
- Capacity to build customer relationships
n
- Willingness to accept and apply constructive criticism
n
- Cin7, Shopify Plus POS and Gorgias experience a major plus
n
- Must be comfortable handling and assembling furniture, able to lift 20 kgs.
n
- Commercially driven and focused on achieving KPI targets
