We looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Sales and Marketing Manager.

n

The duties you will be required to complete in this role include but are not limited to:

n

Establish sales targets and lead the team in developing and implementing them in order to increase the organisation's income.

n

Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to reach as many people as possible with the aim to expand the market share.

n

Develop and execute marketing plans, to ensure a consistent brand image all throughout various media platforms

n

Managing our online presence, creating and implementing marketing campaigns

n

Generate leads to ensure growth of the business

n

Create reports and analysis of markets to find recent market opportunities.

n

Requirements:

n

Possess at least 2 years in a similar role

n

Be result driven and passionate about brand creation and growth

n

Be organised, detailed and reliable

n

Work closely with management to develop strategies that drive sustainable growth
