Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Working alongside Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors and Trades to support the Repair process and assist with ensuring your team hits targets.
n
- Assisting customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals.
n
- Building and developing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
n
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.
n
- Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.
n
- Actively celebrating the team success!
n

We do have an immediate start available however happy to wait for the right person given notice periods.

n

A clear police history check is required to be successful in the role.
