The Role

n

As an Assembly Process Worker / General Factory Hand, you'll work at defined assembly stations on our production line, building chassis components and sub-assemblies to drawing. Day-to-day you will:

- Assemble chassis components and sub-assemblies using hand tools, air tools, and power tools
n
- Fit suspension, couplings, and hardware to specification at your station
n
- Work to drawings and production schedules to meet daily targets at each stage of the line
n
- Perform in-process quality checks, catching defects before your work moves down the line
n
- Maintain your station — keep tools, materials,



and your workspace safe, stocked, and organised

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 6–12 months' assembly experience in a manufacturing, factory, or mechanical environment
n
- Confident with tools — impact wrenches, angle grinders, drill/drivers, air tools, and measuring equipment
n
- Physically fit — comfortable with manual handling and staying on your feet across the shift
n
- Reliable and safety-focused — you show up, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right
n
- A team player — positive attitude in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
- Flexibility — willing to work reasonable overtime and some Saturdays as required
n
- Australian work rights (required)
