- Stewardship of performance management (process, coaching, supporting, continuous improvement)
n
- First escalation point for IR issues (external adviser will be available for use for complex matters)
n
- Own and run the induction process
n
- Manage staff grievance process
n
- Return to work assistance
n
- Trainee and work placement management
n
- Oversee the talent management
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- 3-5 years experience in a HR or related role
n
- Bright with outstanding people skills
n
- Lots of energy and positivity
n
- High level of professionalism
n
- Based in the Newcastle / Central Coast / Hunter
