The Role
n
We're seeking a passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver centre-based training in Newcastle. You'll manage the full student learning experience, including mentoring and workplace assessment.
n
Whether you're an experienced Trainer or a Director/Supervisor or Ed Leader with strong people skills and a passion for education—we'll support and induct you to deliver training excellence.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver CHC30121 and CHC50121 training and assessment in some of the regions leading early learning centres
n
- Conduct workplace assessments and mark theoretical units
n
- Provide exceptional student support and foster a culture of excellence
n
n

- Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to enrol

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
n
- Enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable to change
n
- Blue Card
n
- Experience in centre-based training is a plus—but not essential. We value passion, professionalism, and the drive to make a difference. We have a structured and professional induction program over many months to set you up for success.
