We are seeking a hands‐on Delivery Consultant with software engineering and cloud architecture expertise to deliver consulting engagements within AWS Professional Services.

Key job responsibilities

n

n
- Solution Delivery: Work directly with customers to understand requirements, architect solutions, and deliver working software. Build distributed systems, modernize existing applications, and implement best practices across cloud environments.
n
- Full Stack Development: Design, build, and ship cloud‐native applications end‐to‐end. Develop responsive frontend interfaces (e.g., React, Vue) and scalable backend services (e.g., Python, .NET, PostgreSQL), deploying on AWS with infrastructure‐as‐code and CI/CD pipelines.

- Agentic Engineering: Use AI‐powered development tools as part of your daily workflow. Champion agentic software development methodologies and leverage AI to accelerate coding, testing, code review, and delivery.

Basic Qualifications

n

n
- 3+ years of customer‐facing consulting experience designing and implementing software solutions
n
- 3+ years of strong hands‐on experience in at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or .NET, with strong foundations in system design
n
- Experience with AWS technologies,



including designing, deploying, and operating cloud‐native solutions
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience with application modernisation patterns and strategies, including refactoring and re‐platforming techniques
n
- Experience in API design and implementation (e.g., REST, GraphQL, gRPC), including authentication and authorisation using identity protocols such as OAuth
n
- Experience with one or more modern relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB), including data modelling and query optimisation
n
- Experience with one or more modern front‐end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), including component‐based architecture and state management
n
- Experience with distributed systems, event‐driven architectures, and microservices patterns at scale
n
- Experience with agentic software development methodologies, using AI agents to accelerate development workflows, including coding, testing, debugging, and code review
