Processing Team Member – Quoting, Processing & CAD Design

Location: Mid North Coast NSW

Coastal Designer Kitchens is a well-established, family-owned business renowned for delivering high-quality custom kitchens, cabinetry and joinery. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Processing Team Member to join our team.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of cabinetry and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

About the Role

n

Working closely with our sales, production and installation teams, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Preparing accurate quotations for residential and commercial projects.
n
- Processing approved jobs for production.
n
- Creating detailed CAD drawings and production documentation.
n
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff to ensure projects run smoothly.
n
- Reviewing plans and specifications for accuracy and identifying potential issues before production.
n
- Supporting the production team with technical information throughout the manufacturing process.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n




- Experience in the cabinetmaking or joinery industry.
n
- Experience using CAD software (CabMaster preferred).
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
- The ability to read and interpret architectural and cabinetry plans.
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
n
- A positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
n
