AirEng, part of the global New York Blower Company (NYB) group, is looking for a commercially driven National Sales Leader to step into a pivotal role driving the next phase of growth across Australia.

AirEng is a recognised provider of industrial fans, blowers and air movement solutions, supporting critical infrastructure and process environments across:

With the backing of NYB, a globally established manufacturer, the business combines engineering capability, product depth and local market presence, with significant runway for expansion.

Description

n

The mandate is clear: drive growth, build capability, and elevate the commercial footprint nationally. This is a strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full ownership of:

- National sales performance and results
n
- Leadership of BDMs and internal sales
n
- Lead and energise a national sales team
n
- Drive new business across OEM and aftermarket channels
n
- Identify and win current customers and industry segments
n
- Expand into new regions,



including building out markets from the ground up
n
- Develop strong relationships with:n n
- OEMs
n
- EPCs and industrial contractors
n
- Asset owners across key sectors
n

n
- Partner closely with engineering and operations to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
n

n

Profile

n

We're looking for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams. Experience in industrial, mechanical or engineering-led environments is essential, ideally within fans or air movement solutions.

n

This is not a desk-based role. You'll be hands-on, in the market, leading from the front, winning new business, building relationships and driving performance on the ground.
