n Work Type: Full-time
n Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
n Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Super

The Opportunity
n Our client is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Designer / Plan Drafter to join their growing Traffic & Events team based in Clayton.

n

Working across infrastructure, roadworks, civil construction and major events throughout Melbourne, you'll be responsible for designing compliant traffic management solutions and preparing permit-ready documentation.

n

This role is ideal for someone with solid RapidPlan (Invarion) experience who enjoys working on a diverse range of projects within a supportive and expanding team.

Responsibilities

n
- Prepare Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Control Plans (TCPs)
n
- Design traffic management solutions using RapidPlan (Invarion)
n
- Develop staging, detour and access plans
n
- Prepare permit and approval documentation
n




- Liaise with clients, councils, authorities and project teams
n
- Ensure compliance with Victorian traffic management standards
n
- Maintain accurate plan revisions and project documentation
n

Essential Requirements

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in traffic management design
n
- Advanced RapidPlan (Invarion) experience
n
- Current TMD qualifications:

n
- RIISS00063 (TMD1)
n
- RIISS00064 (TMD2)
n
- RIISS00065 (TMD3)
n
- Strong understanding of Victorian traffic management requirements
n
- Experience preparing DTP MoA and Council permit applications
n
- Ability to conduct traffic risk and hazard assessments
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n

Desirable

n
- Traffic management operations or field experience
n
- AutoCAD experience
n
- Swept path/vehicle tracking experience
n
- Knowledge of traffic management requirements in other Australian states
n
