About the Role

We're looking for an inspiring Assistant Store Manager to join our flagship Westfield Sydney boutique on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

n

This is an exciting chance for a driven, commercially minded leader who thrives in a luxury environment and is passionate about client relationships. You'll play a key role in elevating the in-store experience, leading a high-performing team, and driving business success.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Driving Business Growth – execute key strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
n




- Leading & Inspiring the Team – coach, develop and motivate your team to deliver excellence
n
- Clienteling Excellence – build strong, lasting relationships with VIP and returning clients
n
- Client Experience & CRM – curate personalised experiences, drive appointments, and host exclusive in-store events
n
- Store Operations – ensure seamless store presentation, inventory management, and visual merchandising
n

n

This is a full-time opportunity (38 hours per week) based in our Westfield Sydney flagship boutique, Tuesday - Saturday Roster.

About You

n

n
- 2–4 years' experience in retail management (luxury experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong commercial awareness across retail operations, visual merchandising and sales strategy
n
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
n
- Confident with systems and retail reporting tools
n
