We are seeking a reliable and experienced A-Double Tipper Driver to join our transport team based in Mt Gambier or the Southeast South Australia region. The successful candidate will operate modern, well-maintained equipment in a shared truck arrangement, working rotating AM and PM shifts.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk grain and related commodities using A-Double tipper combinations, ensuring compliance with all safety and road regulations, while maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and condition.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

n
- Operate A-Double tipper combinations in compliance with NHVR regulations and company safety policies
n
- Load, transport, and unload grain and similar bulk commodities as required
n
- Rotate between AM and PM shifts as scheduled
n




- Share and maintain company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition
n
- Accurately complete and submit required paperwork and logbooks (including BFM if applicable)
n
- Conduct pre-start checks and report defects immediately
n
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
n
- Adhere to fatigue management and safety procedures
n
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

n

n
- Valid MC Licence (Multi-Combination) – Required
n
- Proven experience operating A-Double tipper combinations – Essential
n
- BFM accreditation – Advantageous (or willingness to obtain, company can assist)
n
- Clean driving record – recent traffic history may be requested
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct
n
- Willingness to care for and maintain near-new equipment in pristine condition
n
- Ability to work autonomously and follow instructions
n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Grain loading/unloading experience highly regarded
n
