About the Role

n

Reporting to an highly regarded senior leader and working alongside an external delivery partner, you'll own all client-side data migration across a multi-phase ERP replacement. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Integration Lead and finance teams, this hands‐on role is central to the programme's success from mobilisation through every subsequent go-live wave.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own end-to-end data migration from legacy systems into NetSuite, covering source identification, extraction, cleansing, mapping and load preparation across each phase and go-live wave
n
- Lead data cleansing and quality assessment, using exception reporting to identify and resolve records that fail clean-data requirements ahead of each load
n
- Map and prepare data using the delivery partner's standard upload templates, and manage migration scope for open transactions and general ledger history at each go-live
n
- Coordinate opening-balance and sample data collection across finance teams against fixed programme milestones
n




- Build a repeatable migration playbook, extraction, cleansing and mapping assets, that scales across subsequent waves and defines the data governance the business will own post-implementation

Skills and Experience

n

n
- 5+ years leading data migration on a finance or ERP implementation, ideally across multiple legal entities and phased go-lives
n
- Robust Excel and CSV data manipulation skills, with genuine comfort handling large, complex data
n
- Working knowledge of finance master and transactional data structure,
n
- Legacy ERP data extraction experience, with meticulous attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to validation
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple data owners against a fixed timeline, repeated across several waves
n
- Based in Sydney with full working rights in Australia
n
- SQL or ETL scripting, prior NetSuite migration experience, and exposure to working with global business
n
