Job Description

I'm partnering with a well-established builder/developer with a strong pipeline of class 1 residential projects across the regional market in NSW. They are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor based in Bathurst, NSW (Central West).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day activities of Class 1 residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain
n
- productivity and keep works progressing in line with project timelines.
n
- Carry out routine site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with relevant building codes and company procedures.
n
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve issues, communicate progress, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

n

n




- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar position within Class 1 residential construction.
n
- Solid understanding of residential construction methodologies, relevant building codes, and industry standards.
n
- Strong ability to interpret and apply construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
n
- Relevant certifications, including a White Card and First Aid, a current builder or supervisor licence
n
