About The Role:

n

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced Grounds Maintenance Garden Crew Member to join our expanding team. You will work on a variety of properties throughout Greater Melbourne. In this role, you will ensure that our operations meet all external regulatory requirements and internal policies, protecting the company's integrity and reputation.

n

Key responsibilities: The Role

n

n
- Lawn maintenance: mowing (using zero turns & front decks), edging, brush cutting.
n
- General upkeep: weed control, watering, blowing paths & site clean-ups.
n
- Landscape improvements: mulching, planting & garden bed refreshes.
n
- Reporting: logging completed works via modern, easy-to-use apps
n
- Project support for seasonal works as required.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain compliance standards while being compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
n
- Support WHS and safety compliance across work sites.
n
- Participating in toolbox talks.
n

What You Need to Succeed:

n

n
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within property maintenance or a related industry.
n
- Proven garden maintenance experience (commercial or residential).
n
- Strong operating skills with machinery, All types of mowers, blowers & hedge trimmers.
n
- Experience using powered equipment and hand tools.
n
- Hold current police check or willing to obtain.
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
n
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
n
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
n
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Be willing to undertake random drug and alcohol testing in line with company WHS policies.
n
