Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiasticRegistered Occupational Therapistto join our supportive multidisciplinary team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering meaningful therapy outcomes and supporting clients to build independence, confidence and everyday functional skills.

About the Role

n

As a Registered Occupational Therapist at Your Journey Therapy, you will provide therapy and support to clients across a range of ages and needs. The role includes clinic-based sessions as well as community visits to schools, kindergartens and homes.

n

You will work closely with a supportive team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Allied Health Assistants to provide high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes for clients and their families.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting engaging, evidence-informed therapy sessions.
n
- Completing assessments such as Functional Capacity Assessments, Movement ABC, Beery VMI, Sensory Profiles and Vineland assessments.
n
- Preparing clear and timely clinical notes, reports and NDIS documentation.
n
- Developing therapy plans and goals tailored to each client's individual needs.
n
- Collaborating with Allied Health Assistants and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
n
- Providing therapy across a range of settings, including the clinic, schools, kindergartens and clients' homes.
n
- Building strong,



positive and trusting relationships with clients and families.
n
- Maintaining professional standards in line with AHPRA requirements and best-practice guidelines.
n

About You

n

We are looking for a Registered Occupational Therapist who is friendly, professional, adaptable and passionate about supporting clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.

n

The successful applicant will have:

n

n
- A Bachelor, Honours or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
n
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
n
- A positive, flexible and client-focused approach.
n
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
- A genuine passion for supporting clients and families.
