Job Description

Bonjour Patisserie is looking for an energetic Barista & All-rounder to join us. If you prefer afternoon and closing shifts (until 7pm), then this role is for you.

Duties include

n

n
- Prepare hot and cold café beverages.
n
- Greet customers and create a welcoming & positive first encounter.
n
- Prepare the store for closing, including the presentation of freshly baked goods in counter displays
n
- Ensuring the Patisserie is kept clean at all times and food safety guidelines are followed
n
- Track and restock inventory of items required in the shop front & counter (e.g., stock of cold beverage fridge) and place orders as required, ensuring items are delivered in good condition

Requirements

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista
n
- Experience preparing cold and hot beverages in a busy café
n
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills. Love talking to customers.
n




- The ability to work long hours on your feet
n
- Be energetic, positive, a fast learner with a can-do attitude
n

We're afamily-owned Patisserie located in Wahroonga Village, a 2 minute walk from the train station. Our well-known bakery and cafe has served up an extensive selection of high-quality pastries, cakes, croissants, tarts and breads to our community for over 30 years. All our product is made from scratch on the premises.
