Sea Sea Hotel is a luxury boutique property in Crescent Head, NSW known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined service, premium food and beverage offerings, and a vibrant hospitality culture. We're seeking passionate Front of House team members – including bartenders and waitstaff – to join us across all levels on a casual, immediate start basis. Permanent and Part_time opportunities are available for the right candidate.

The Role

n

We are looking for energetic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to deliver world-class hospitality in our restaurant, bar, and events spaces. Roles are available for:

n

- Bartenders – craft cocktails, pour premium wines, and deliver exceptional bar service.
n
- Waitstaff – provide warm, attentive table service in our restaurant and support events & in-room dining.
n

n

You'll work closely with our kitchen, events, and front-of-house teams to create seamless service and memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Deliver professional, engaging, and polished service in line with Sea Sea Hotel standards.
n
- Provide beverage and/or dining service with attention to detail and personality.
n
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.
n




- Support hotel events, private functions, and in-room dining service.
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency across service areas.
n
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in hospitality (bartending, restaurant, or events) – luxury or high-end venues a plus.
n
- Passionate about food, wine, cocktails, and guest service.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, premium service environment.
n
- RSA certification (for bartending positions).
n
- Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
n
