What you will have:

- A relevant qualification - Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent.
n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English language.

- Proven experience working in an early childhood leadership role.

- Willing to be proactive in designing & implementing curriculum.

- Bright, friendly,energetic & ateam player.
n
- Dedicated to developing meaningful relationships with children & their families.
n
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

What you will do:

- Ensure that a developmentally & educationally appropriate program is planned & implemented for each child.
n
- Assess the needs of each child, monitor their progress & ensure school readiness.
n
- Lead and supervise educators & trainees.
n
- Maintain effective communication with families and community.
n
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff members.
n
- Manage the kinder resources effectively.
n
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times.
