The PRADA Group is a global fashion powerhouse, helmed by one of the most iconic designers of the modern age. We have 10 stores across Australia and New Zealand, 8 Prada & 2 Miu Miu, which focus on creating an exceptional customer experience for all customers that walk through our doors.

Our PRADA Collins St store is looking for an exceptional person to join the team as a full time Client Advisor, on a 12-month contract.

As a Client Advisor, you will:

n

be client-centric, building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen the existing database

n

manage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet qualified attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA group

n

assist with any store operational activities

n





take a proactive approach in upskilling yourself on product knowledge

n

have previous experience within a high end or luxury retail environment

n

have excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients

n

have a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clients

n

have a can-do attitude with everything that you do

n

contribute to a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers

n

have a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledge

n
