Role : Transport Project Manager

Role Overview

n

We are seeking anexperienced Project Manager to lead delivery for telecom.This role operateswithin Infosys' Fixed Price model and requires strong ownership of scope,timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder engagement.

n

The ideal candidate willhave deep experience managing end-to-end telecom projects, ensuringpredictable delivery outcomes, and driving efficiency through structuredgovernance and proactive risk management with Infrastructure background

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own end-to-end project delivery under Fixed Price (FP)engagement
n
- Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
n




- Manage stakeholder engagement across clients and internalteams
n
- Ensure scope control and change management to protect margins
n
- Lead risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
n
- Monitor financials, including effort tracking and cost control
n
- Coordinate onsite and offshore teams for seamless execution
n
- Drive governance, reporting, and escalation management
n
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities
n

n

Required Skills &Experience;

n

n
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Project/ProgramManagement
n
- Strong telecom domain experience (Network, OSS/BSS, NBN/Optuspreferred)
n
- Proven experience in Fixed Price delivery engagements
n
- Expertise in governance, financial tracking, and marginmanagement
n
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership exposure
n
- Solid risk and issue management capabilities
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Experience in the Optus/Australian telecom ecosystem
n
- Exposure to transformation programs or platform modernization
n
