Our Victorian remedial business is expanding and we need experienced engineers and project managers ready to take ownership of complex structural works, concrete repair, steel strengthening, and civil and building asset maintenance.

About The Role

n

Senior Project Engineer

n

You'll take full technical ownership of structural remedial projects on site — reading and interrogating engineering designs, resolving technical issues in real time, managing subcontractors, and driving program and quality from the ground up. You'll work closely with the PM and report directly into state leadership.

Project Manager

n

You'll own the full project lifecycle safety, program, cost, client, and team. You'll be commercially accountable for projects up to $10M+, managing the SPE and site teams beneath you while maintaining direct client and consultant relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Delivering structural remedial works across VIC — concrete repair, steel strengthening, building and infrastructure assets
n
- Managing program, cost control, subcontractor performance, and quality outcomes
n
- Engaging clients and consultants with technical credibility
n




- Identifying and managing risk before it becomes a problem
n
- Driving a zero-harm safety culture
n
- Accurate reporting, forecasting, and variation management
n

What You'll Bring

n

Senior Project Engineer

n

n
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
n
- 5+ years in construction, with on-site delivery experience in civil, remedial, or structural works
n
- Solid ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
n
- Organised, technically sharp, and ready to step up commercially
n

n

Project Manager

n

n
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
n
- 8+ years in construction, with proven PM or senior site leadership experience
n
- Track record delivering projects $5M–$10M+
n
- Commercially astute contracts, claims, cost management
n
- Strong communicator at all levels client, consultant, and site
n
