Orthodontic experience is highly regarded, however it isn't essential. If you're an experienced Dental Assistant with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you develop your specialist orthodontic skills.

About the Role

n

Working closely with our orthodontists and clinical team, you will help deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our clinics run efficiently.

n

- Chairside assisting during orthodontic procedures
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical equipment
n
- Instrument sterilisation and maintaining infection control standards
n
- Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their appointments
n
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and reception team
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n




- Has previous Dental Assisting experience (orthodontic experience is highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Enjoys working with children, teenagers and families
n
- Is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail
n
- Communicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleagues
n
- Thrives in a busy clinical environment
n
- Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys being part of a collaborative team
n
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience
n
- Can work across all three practice locations as required
n

Location & Hours

n

Flexible full-time roster

n

n
- 4-day week (approximately 35 hours) or a 9-day fortnight
n
- Clinic hours: 7:45am – 5:15pm
n

- Doncaster East

- Lilydale
n

The majority of shifts are based at our Burwood East and Doncaster East clinics, however flexibility to work across all locations is essential.
