How you'll make an impact:

n

This role will lead the strategy development and implementation of the first formalised learning and organisational development (OD) offering for Magentus. Working in consultation with the P&C; team and business leaders, the Learning and OD Lead will build and deliver a multi-year program of fit-for-purpose learning and OD solutions that support the cultural transformation of Magentus and the growth and engagement of our people.

What you'll do:

n

n
- Lead the development and delivery of the learning and development program for Magentus
n
- Identify our organisational learning requirements, with a focus on building capability across different layers of leadership
n
- Create and deliver team building programs with a focus on building high performing teams
n
- Lead the design and roll out of an organizational competency and capability framework to underpin talent development initiatives and support the build out of career pathways
n
- Create and implement highly impactful culture initiatives that will enhance the value proposition of Magentus as a values led, people-first business
n
- Partner with the Heads of People to lead the bi-annual team engagement survey process,



identify engagement hot spots and identify strategies to address these in consultation with the P&C; team and business leaders
n
- Support the work required to complete the foundational build of a DEI strategy and initiatives to support progress towards key goals
n

What you'll bring with you:

n

n
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
n
- Comfortable working in ambiguity – building the plane while flying it
n
- A roll your sleeves up attitude to work in a lean team without lots of supporting technology infrastructure
n
- Solid influencing and negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Strengths in working as a member of a collaborative team, but comfortable in being self-directed and able to work autonomously as needed
n
- Great attention to detail
n

n

What your background and experience looks like:

n

n
- Extensive experience in learning, leadership development and organisational development disciplines in both mature and scale up businesses
n
- Proven experience in the design and delivery of fit for purpose leadership development programs
n
- Experience leading businesses through transformational change
n
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, or other relevant area
n
- Supporting qualifications in adult learning, leadership development, or instructional design
n
- Exposure to a range of different HR technologies with a view to contributing to recommendations for future investment
n
