Are you a detaildriven professional who thrives on keeping projects on track? Hastings Deering is seeking an experiencedSchedulerto join our Services Support Team in a permanent,fulltimerole (Monday–Friday).

You'llwork closely with Project Owners, Supervisorsand Operationalstakeholders to build andmaintainaccurateschedules, trackprogressandidentifyrisks earlyacross mining equipment (e.g., Machine Rebuilds, Planned Component Rebuild programs, and more).

n

Beyond individual projects,you'llwork closely with operational teams to embed practical bestpractice scheduling,helping improve howwork flows, strengthening planning discipline and enabling more predictable delivery across the business.

What You'llDeliver On:

- Own delivery excellence –DriveOnTime, In Full outcomes through smart, execution-ready service schedules.
n
- Plan with precision –Balance demand, labour, parts and workshop capacity to build practical, high-impact schedules.
n
- Be the SME –Act as the Planning & Scheduling subject matter expert, upliftingcapabilityand consistency across the business.
n
- Support branch performance– Provide scheduling support to branches without dedicated schedulers, embedding structure and reducing reactive work.
n
- Coordinate the engine room– Manage scheduling across Equipment Assembly, Rebuilds and key service teams.
n
- Set jobs up for success– Ensure work is executionready by aligning schedules with parts availability,capacityand operational priorities.
n
- Shape best practice –Contribute toenterprisewideplanning initiatives and standardise scalable scheduling processes.
n
- Unlock efficiency –Identify bottlenecks, optimise workflows and keep work moving across the value chain.
n
- Boost performance –Partner with leaders to improve utilisation, productivity, turnaroundtimesand delivery confidence.
n
- Turn data into action –Use Power BI insights and schedule reporting to enable proactive, informed decisions.

- Drive continuous improvement–Build scalable scheduling processes that grow with the organisation

About You

n

You'remotivated, organised, and confident in managing project schedules.Ideallyyou'llbring:

n

n
- Experience planning/scheduling in mining, construction, or heavy industry
n
- Knowledge of rebuilds/equipment assembly (desirable)
n
- Ability to communicate, navigate and influence across different stakeholder groups
n
