The company specialises in the construction, management and maintenance of commercial landscaping projects and have been in business since 1980.We have a reputable client base with multiple projects located throughout Western Sydney, Illawarra and the South Coast of NSW.

We are currently looking for anEstimatorto join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for completing landscaping tenders, from undertaking detailed take offs to the final submission.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Tendering on landscape construction and maintenance projects.

n

Undertake detailed quantity take offs and preparation of schedules.

n

Thoroughly review project documentation to assist with preparation of detailed estimates.

n

Obtain quotations from suppliers and sub contractors.

n

Assist with preparation of returnable schedules and contract documentation.

n

About You:

n

Proven experience as an estimator in the landscape industry however juniors are welcome to apply.

n





Hold a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar.

n

Relevant tertiary qualifications in landscaping or project management would be an advantage.

n

Experience working on civil and commercial landscaping projects.

n

Proficiency using estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

n

Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.

n

The ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.

n

Remuneration will be based on experience with an excellent package on offer for the right candidate
