Job Description

Randstad's client, a respected Tier 2 commercial builder and property developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to drive commercial management on a $40M development in Southeast Queensland.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to optimise commercial outcomes, manage subcontractor engagement, and oversee contract administration through the project lifecycle.
