The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment BDM (Client Side) to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is designed for recruiters or professionals with an established client network who want to leverage our untapped AUS market—without restrictions or internal competition.

As a Recruitment BDM, you will:

- Develop and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

- Identify hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Leverage our extensive job slots to efficiently place top tech talent.

- Expand our market presence, capitalising on uncapped and unrestricted opportunities.
