Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC) is seeking a Program Manager - Roving, Council Services Delivery on a fixed-term, full time basis. The role focuses on strengthening capacity, capability, and performance of Council Services across remote Aboriginal communities, with operational leadership, mentoring and technical support to ensure compliant, quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will work with Regional Managers and local teams to address workforce gaps and service delivery
