N & W Livestock is one of Australia's fastest-growing online suppliers of livestock, equine and farm supplies. We're looking for a motivated Junior Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our team full time.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who is looking to learn, develop practical business skills and build a long-term career in administration, customer service and eCommerce. Experience isn't essential. We're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

n

Working alongside our experienced team, you'll receive hands‐on training across a variety of business functions, including:

n

n
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Processing customer orders
n
- Assisting with general administration tasks
n
- Updating product and customer information
n
- Helping coordinate deliveries and supplier enquiries
n
- Supporting our warehouse and customer service teams when required
n




- Learning how an eCommerce business operates behind the scenes
n

n

Previous administration or customer service experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
