Pacific Motor Group is one of the Sunshine Coast's leading automotive groups, representing multiple award-winning brands across our dealership network. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Accessory Fitter to join our team in the Pre delivery team in Caloundra.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and thrives in a rapid-paced workshop environment.

About the Role

n

As an experienced Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting a range of genuine and aftermarket accessories across new and used vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Fitment of vehicle accessories including:n n
- Towbars, bullbars, nudge bars
n
- Roof racks, trays and canopies
n
- Side steps, snorkels, lights and electrical accessories
n
- Reversing cameras, dash cams and infotainment accessories
n

n
- Carry out basic wiring and electrical fitment work
n
- Ensure all fitments meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
n
- Maintain clean,



organised workspaces and follow workshop procedures
n
- Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure timely delivery outcomes
n
- Complete job cards and documentation accurately
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience fitting vehicle accessories (essential)
n
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
n
- Auto electrical experience highly regarded (but not essential)
n
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
- A solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
- Current manual driver licence (essential)
n
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
n
