We're looking for a motivated Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play an important role in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring our customers receive industry-leading service.

n

This position is based on a Wednesday to Saturday roster (approximately 25 hours per week), making it ideal for someone seeking a consistent part-time leadership opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

n

As Assistant Store Manager you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of the store by:

n

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding customer experiences.
n
- Helping customers find the right storage solution for their needs.
n
- Converting enquiries into rentals while promoting StoreProtect and other value-added products.
n
- Supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales, occupancy and revenue targets.
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and secure facility that customers can be proud to use.
n
- Completing daily administration, cash handling and operational tasks.
n




- Coaching and supporting Store Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding results.
n
- Taking ownership of the centre in the Store Manager's absence.
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and resolving enquiries professionally.
n

About You

n

n
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or a similar workplace.
n
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential).
n
- Confidence in achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
n
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
n
