About the role
n
Reporting to the HCS Claiming and Billing Team Leader, this role is responsible for supporting end-to-end revenue and billing activities across Home and Community Services. You will process financial transactions, support customer account activity and assist with reporting, reconciliations and audit requirements.

- Process HCS billing files, statements, receipts, direct debits and refunds accurately and on time
n
- Support customer admission and departure processes in line with funding and legislative requirements
n
- Reconcile customer fee accounts and maintain accurate customer master data
n
- Assist with month-end processing, reporting activities and finance reconciliations
n
- Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email
n
- Support internal and external audit activities through accurate records and documentation
n
- Contribute to process improvement, business planning and finance-related projects
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team to support service excellence
n
n
About you
n
n
- Experience in billing, revenue administration, finance operations, accounts receivable or similar
n
- Strong experience working with high volumes of financial data in a complex or multi-site organisation
n
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines
n
- Experience using computerised financial systems with strong data entry and reconciliation skills
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills highly regarded
n
- Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to follow processes, work collaboratively and identify improvement opportunities
n
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration desirable; aged care or community services experience advantageous
n
- Permanent Australian working rights, such as Australian citizenship or permanent residency, are required due to system access requirements for this role
n
