Precision Labour Hire is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Dockhands, Parcel Unloaders and Parcel Sorters for immediate starts with our busy national freight client based in Crestmead.

n

These are ongoing Monday to Friday opportunities within a fast-paced freight environment, offering consistent work for physically fit, safety-conscious candidates who enjoy hands-on work.

n

Morning Shift : Monday & Tuesday: Start times between 4:30am - 6:00am | Wednesday to Friday: 4:30am starts | 4-6 hour shifts

n

Afternoon Shift : Monday to Friday | 3:00pm starts | 4-6 hour shifts

n

Duties Include

n

Loading and unloading trucks and trailers

n

Sorting parcels into delivery zones and by postcode

n

Moving freight throughout the depot using roller conveyor systems

n

Handling large, awkward and oversized freight, including trampolines, gym equipment and other bulky items

n

Repetitive manual handling and lifting of parcels weighing 25kg+

n

Opening and closing tautliner curtains,



strapping and securing freight

n

Breaking down pallets and cardboard

n

General warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, safe work setting

n

To Be Successful You Will Have

n

Previous experience in freight, transport, warehousing, logistics or labouring (highly regarded)

n

The physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling throughout your shift

n

Experience working with trailers, load restraint or freight handling (advantageous)

n

A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

n

A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport (site is not accessible by public transport)

n

Full Australian working rights

n

Your own PPE, including a hi-vis shirt, work pants and steel cap boots

n

Availability to work Monday to Friday with an immediate start
