At Happen, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is obsessed with generating qualified leads and turning marketing activity into sales outcomes.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage agencies all day or talk about marketing theory. We need a hands-on marketer who enjoys building, testing, optimising and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.

You'll own lead generation for our flagship ERP software, Jim2, working closely with sales to create pipeline, improve conversions and drive revenue growth.

Initially, you'll execute personally, using modern marketing technology and AI to maximise output. As successful initiatives prove their return, you'll have the opportunity to scale through specialist partners, agencies and freelancers under your direction.

Skills and experience

- 4-6 years' experience in hands‑on B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and contributing to sales pipeline growth.
- Strong experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Practical expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing and analytics.
- Experience measuring marketing performance and ROI.
- Ability to manage agencies, contractors and specialist providers when required.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create explicit, engaging content.
- Experience in ERP, software, SaaS, technology or channel-based businesses will be highly regarded.
