Job Description

Stanbroke, a reputable Australian cattle and beef business, seeks a Quality Assurance leader to drive HACCP, GMP and export compliance across a major processing facility. You will lead the QA team, monitor audits (BRCGS, AUS-MEAT, Halal, Organic), manage corrective actions, and deliver training to operations.

This senior role requires solid leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to improve product quality and food safety in a fast-paced environment.
