Key Responsibilities & Experience

n

We are looking for a casual Demi Chef to join the team working across the restaurant and events.

n

n
- 2+ years' worth of experience working in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
n




- Experience on multiple sections including larder, fryer and grill.
n
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; practices.
n
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
n
- Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
n
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
n
- Comply with hotel policies, WH&S; guidelines, and maintain strong product knowledge.
