Join WPP Production's Melbourne Content team and help create the high-quality product imagery that powers some of Australia's leading e-commerce brands.

n

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented E-commerce Photographer to join our Capture team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment and enjoys producing high-volume, high-quality content at scale. You will play a key role in bringing products to life through compelling imagery while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client brand guidelines.

Working closely with Stylists, Producers, and the Photo Operations team, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of content across a range of e-commerce projects. You will also have the opportunity to participate in innovation initiatives and explore emerging technologies, including GenAI, that are shaping the future of content production.

What you'll do

n

Capture high-volume product photography, including still life, flat lay, and mannequin (Manni) imagery for e-commerce platforms.

n

Prepare and execute shoots by interpreting briefs,



setting up lighting and camera equipment, and collaborating with Stylists to achieve the desired creative outcomes.

n

Operate and maintain professional photography equipment, lighting systems, and studio software such as Capture One.

n

Manage large volumes of digital assets, ensuring accurate file naming, organisation, and workflow compliance.

n

Conduct quality control checks to ensure images meet technical, creative, and client requirements.

n

Support efficient studio operations by following established production schedules and workflows.

n

Collaborate with photographers, producers, stylists, and other studio specialists to deliver content on time and to a high standard.

n

Assist with the maintenance and organisation of studio equipment and workspaces.

n

Support Photo Operations by setting up shoots, approving lighting setups, and troubleshooting technical issues when required.

n

Provide Digital Operator support on key productions, overseeing image capture, file management, and on-set quality control.

What you'll bring

- Experience in product, commercial, or e-commerce photography.
n

Strong understanding of studio lighting, camera systems, and digital capture workflows.

n

Experience using professional photography software, including Capture One or similar platforms.

n

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to image quality.

n

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume production environment.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
