We are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our growing team. You will work across a wide range of projects throughout Melbourne, providing high-quality solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

- Assist tradesmen with refrigeration and air conditioning installations, servicing and repairs
- Learn to diagnose and solve problems on site
- Work productively and effectively within a team environment
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Be eager to learn new skills and put existing skills into practice
- Be reliable, punctual and prepared to work
- Represent the company professionally when working on client sites

About you

- 1st or 2nd Year Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Apprentice preferred, but not essential
- Previous experience in the mechanical services industry is an advantage
- A genuine interest in refrigeration and air conditioning
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Current driver's licence




- Reliable transport is preferred
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
