Our client is an established and highly respected regional marketing agency delivering creative marketing solutions across tourism, events, local government, community organisations, hospitality, retail, trades and professional services.

About the Role

n

As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll work with a broad portfolio of valued clients while also playing a key role in delivering digital marketing campaigns and supporting agency projects.

n

You'll work closely with specialists across marketing, design and digital to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, develop content and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

n

This role offers the perfect balance of client management, project coordination and hands-on marketing delivery.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

- Managing relationships with an allocated portfolio of clients
n
- Coordinating multiple marketing projects from concept through to delivery
n
- Developing and scheduling engaging social media content
n
- Writing website copy, blogs, EDMs and marketing content
n
- Assisting with digital marketing and advertising activities
n
- Updating websites (such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace and similar platforms)
n
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing client reports
n
- Coordinating internal workflows, timelines and project schedules
n




- Assisting with strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities
n
- Supporting agency operations and collaborating across the wider team
n

About You

n

'll be an organised, confident marketing professional who enjoys working with people and can comfortably manage competing priorities.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing
n
- Previous client relationship or account management experience
n
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
n
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation and digital marketing
n
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, email marketing and analytics
n
- Experience updating websites using CMS platforms
n
- The ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Familiar with basic marketing and/or design platforms, such as Canva
n
- Most importantly, you'll be proactive, adaptable and genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative agency environment.
