Job Description
We are seeking qualified and reliable Service Technicians to join our growing automotive team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who takes pride in workmanship, values safety and compliance, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership service workshop.

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining customer and company vehicles to manufacturer and company standards while ensuring high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining customer and company vehicles to manufacturer and company standards while ensuring high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on vehicles
n
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and equipment
n
- Carry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures
n
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance requirements
n
- Complete job cards, inspection reports,
and service documentation accurately
n
- Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations
n
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and Workshop Supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
n
- Participate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certification programs as required
n

Requirements & Qualifications
n
Essential
n
n
- Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Certificate III or equivalent)
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Full Australian working rights (PR, Citizen or valid work visa)
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- Experience working in a dealership service workshop
n
- Experience servicing EV or hybrid vehicles (training can be provided)
n
- Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) accreditation
n
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic software and electronic systems
n
n
