Job Description

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Residence Manager to lead a diverse team and ensure the safe, productive operation of the Carnegie residence. You will align clinical, environmental, catering, lifestyle, and administrative functions to deliver exceptional resident care.

In this role, you will oversee budgeting, staff development, and regulatory compliance while maintaining open communication with residents and families. AHPRA registration is desirable, Australian Working Rights required.
