Customer Service and Bookings - Express Transport Industry

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a casual Customer Service and Bookings qualified at Swift Transport Services in Dandenong South, VIC.

What you'll be doing

n

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, bookings and issues in a professional and timely manner

n

Taking high volumes of phone bookings with accuracy - this is the main priority of this role

n

Being "front of house" at reception to greet visitors

n

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery

n

Assisting the despatch team with callbacks and fielding job enquiries

n

Taking opportunities to improve customer experience

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience in a logistics/transport bookings role

n

Booking accuracy, ability to take high volumes of calls

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

n





Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

n

Professional presentation

n

Proficiency in using transport software and technology to support customer service and bookings processes

n

A team player who conducts themselves professionally and with a positive, friendly "can do" attitude

n

What we offer

At Swift Transport Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment. Working on a casual basis initially, we are offering $35 per hour plus super. Expected working hours are 8am to 3:30pm.
