We are seeking a professional and highly motivated qualified Carpenter to join a fast pace and growing Building Maintenance Team to service corporate, commercial and residential settings.

Hourly rate: $40-$50

Based in Tullamarine, KCES GROUP provides a comprehensive range of Electrical and Building Maintenance Services in corporate, commercial and residential settings across Melbourne & regional Victoria. Our clients include social, public & community housing, local government and corporate sector.

The role:

n

The role will suit an experienced and highly motivated carpenter with a can-do attitude, someone who has great attention to detail, highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment moving from job to job, and interacting with clients.

n

The position will be responsible for the on-ground carpentry work to a variety of properties with the team including general and reactive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, refurbishments & fit outs along with other project works to ensure the company's building maintenance services are performed efficiently.

n

The role requires you to be a part of an on-call roster for emergency works after hours every 4 weeks.

- Valid Driver's Licence to be able to travel to various client locations

- White card

- Elevated Work Platform Licence

- National Crime Check

- Working with Children's Check
n
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
