Responsibilities

n

As an Educator, you will be a team player collaborating with peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programmes offered to children. You will ensure safety first and that all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

n
- Cert III in Early Childhood Education
n
- Minimum of 2 years experience in early childhood education.
n
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
n
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
n




- Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational programme.
n
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
n
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
n
- Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education programme.
n
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
n
