Grow your leadership career with us! Vetcall is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead two small animal clinics on the Gold Coast.

Vetcall Q Store (Mermaid Waters) is situated in our local shopping village amongst the pristine waterways, with sister clinic Vetcall Burleigh located 10 minutes away in Burleigh Waters.

n

About the Role

n

As a multi-site Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the overall success of both clinics. You will oversee operations, people, and performance, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas of the business. Key responsibilities include:

n

Leading and coordinating all aspects of client care, nursing, and veterinary services

n

Driving customer experience, client engagement, social media and loyalty initiatives

n

Managing clinic performance including budgets, payroll, stock control, and P&L;

n

Overseeing compliance, workplace health and safety, facilities, and presentation standards

n

Championing continuous improvement initiatives and key projects

n

Partnering closely with Lead Vets, Head Nurses, and Regional leadership

n

Fostering a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, communication, and development

n

Building strong relationships with clients, community partners, and suppliers

n

About You

n

You are a confident and capable leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

n

Experience in veterinary or medical practice management (highly regarded)

n





Proven leadership skills with a strong commercial and growth mindset

n

Experience with practice management systems and appointment scheduling

n

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

n

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

n
