About the Role:

n

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Hand to join our Coopers Plains team immediately. This is a hands-on role in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment with on-site parking and easy access to public transport.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Packing and loading customer goods for pick-up
n
- Operating a forklift (essential)
n
- Assembly operations and removing parts from laser/plasma cut sheets
n
- Grinding, sanding, and linishing of metal components
n
- Tapping, nutserting, and studding of components
n
- General housekeeping and assisting with folding/fabrication tasks
n
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the Production Supervisor
n

About You:

n

n
- Current Australian forklift licence (essential)
n
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit
n
- Experience in laser/plasma cutting and fabrication (desirable)
n
- Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work independently
n
- Flexible for weekend overtime (optional for extra earnings)
n
- Applicants must have Australian work rights and be willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
