Our client is a boutique Gold Coast agency, with a relaxed, down-to-earth culture and a modern approach to real estate, they're seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and become part of their close-knit team. - Up to $95,000 + Super depending on experience

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Position Available:

n

n
- Managing a residential portfolio from start to finish
n
- Conducting routine inspections
n




- Leasing properties and processing tenancy applications
n
- Entry and exit inspections
n
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Arrears management
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
- Managing insurance claims as required
n
- Preparing and attending QCAT matters when necessary
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and portfolio retention outcomes
n

The Successful Candidate:

n

n
- Minimum 2-3 years' Property Management experience
n
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- Experience managing an end-to-end portfolio
n
- Strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Highly organised with exceptional time management
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- PropertyMe experience highly regarded
n
