HR Driver / Labourer – Campbellfield

Early Starts | Active Role | Excellent Pay

Start from 4:30 – 5:30 AM
n Hours: 10-12 hour shifts
n Pay: $41.93/hr + super + daily overtime

You'll be partnered with a truck jockey, but this is far from a sit‐behind‐the‐wheel role. You'll play a key part in collecting and loading hard rubbish into the truck's compactor‐so being physically fit and ready for manual work is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

- Safely operate HR vehicles across residential routes
n
- Load and handle hard rubbish (up to 25kg) from nature strips
n
- Assist with general labouring and occasional yard duties
n
- Navigate tight streets and stick to scheduled runs
n
- Work closely with your team to deliver efficient service
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Valid HR License (minimum 1-year Australian experience)
n
- Ability to provide 5-year driving history from VicRoads
n
- Experience in residential or tight-access driving (highly regarded)
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‐focused
n
- Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing
n
